Palate: Lively and very crisp, discreet but with satisfying suppleness and very agreeable, subtle aromas that linger.
This wine is an excellent accompaniment to slightly spicy or salty dishes, or even fatty foods, as flavours tend to be softened by the fresh acidity of the wine. Excellent with meat, fried foods, chitterling sausages, seafood and goat's milk cheeses.
