Natural yeast fermentation in concrete tanks and elevated in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention. The result is an easy-drinking red with red fruit aromas. It is fresh on the palate but with a fine spicy, smoky notes. A mineral touch and a smooth finishing. A perfect wine for the summer.
Best with Roast chicken, poultry, charcuterie platter, Cod, seafood tapas, fried calamari, roasted vegetables, pork loin as well as Ossau-iraty sheep cheese.
