From set of old vines (60 years) from Chenin or Pineau de Loire, this Chenin Blanc contains light golden color, nose of white fruits: citrus (lemon), peach, lychee, white flowers: hawthorn; the palate is supple, expressive, faithful to the nose, presenting volume but refreshing, with a lemony finish. Serve chilled (8 - 10 ° C) on shellfish, fish in sauce or vegetable starter.
