Handpicked harvest and first fermentation in stainless steel tank for 15 days. Second fermentation in oak barrels (20% new casks). Maturation during 9-10 months in the cellar for aging, stored in barrels.
With freshness of the red fruit like raspberries, red plums; Follwed by layers of spicy tobacco notes and cocoa beans. Nice balance, rich and full-bodied.
