Notes: 

From the old vines Grenache which aged from 80 to 100 years, it is a deep and rich cuvee filled with blackberries, ground herbs, graphite, and spring flower notes all develop beautifully with time in the glass. It's medium to full-bodied, concentrated, and balanced. The stems are beautifully integrated and it has terrific midpalate depth.  

Food Pairing: This full-bodied cuvee pairs well with barbecued beef ribs, duck, hamburgers, venison stew, mushrooms, oxtail, osso buco, and lamb chops.
