Garnet red, brilliant and limpid, with glints of ruby. A very intense nose of red fruits with light notes of humus and peppery spices. Frank and full on the palate, with big, silky, typical Trousseau tannins.
Ageing Potential: From eight to twelve years.
Wine and Food Pairing: Perfect with steak, small game cooked in sauce, or cheese board.
Best served between 12 and 14°C.
