A succulent nose of jammy red fruit (strawberry, black currant, blackberry), combined with spice notes that come forward on the palate, and wisps of menthol. Superb long finish, outstanding tension, smooth, elegant tannins along with roasted notes expressing masterful winemaking in concrete tanks and barrels.

Food Pairing: It goes well with red meats, small game meat or cheese.
