Note:
This wine reveals a very intense nose where notes of blackberry and blackcurrant are expressed. The palate, ample and warm, reveals supple and silky tannins. 
Gentle soaks using new-generation tanks that keep the cap down in the Juice, promoting extraction of silky skin tannins. Substantial investments into microbiological research to select the best native yeasts. Aged for 14 to 18 months depending on the vintage.
From family historical plots, "dirty south" wine expresses all the diversity of our terroir. Also refers to the location of the vineyard in the south.

Perfect for a convivial moment with friends or family around a beautiful aperitif board. Red meat like prime ribs, mutton, vension, casserole dishes

Manual harvest, aged in 50% new barrels , sandy soil, Ageing: 50 % of new wood and 50% one year old barrels
