The cuvée Vieilles Vignes, the domaine’s signature, represents the core of the production. Only 40+ years old grapes are chosen to be part of the final blending.
Dark color with intense ruby-red reflects. The nose is fully-expressive with dark and red fruits notes completed by a nice woody notes. On the palate, this wine is very aromatic, round and supple. The freshness takes over in the middle of the mouth, to finish on melted and coated tannins which support the length. The balance is there for a wine that is both powerful and elegant.
Food Pairing: It perfectly matches with roasted meats (lamb, beef), meats in sauce, spicy tartars, duck breast.
