Chardonnay fermented in stainless steel vats for 2–3 weeks and then maturated 18 months in oak barrels and 15% are in new barrels. Yellow gold robe color. Very mineral on the nose and on the palate, a wide range of aromas and remarkable length.
Food Pairing: Grilled Fish, Crustaceans and Poultry. Perfect with a French Cheese Board.
