THE CELLAR
Aged on lees for 12 months in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats,
bottling, packaging and storage on the property.
PRODUCTION
1,300 bottles from a renowned 0.60 hectare plot of land on the Bué hillsides
THE WINE
Tight bunch grapes, with small oblong yellowish green berries dotted with black, with very sweet juice.
Pneumatic pressing,Thermo-regulated fermentation, Racking before blending and bottling.
THE TASTING
Pale yellow in color with silver highlights, it offers a discreet first nose that opens, upon aeration, to aromas of anise and chalk.
On the palate, frank in attack, it reveals itself to be round and unctuous with a beautiful balance and a saline finish.
