Made from our oldest Grenache and Syrah vines (between 45 and 60 years old) and our best terroirs, this emblematic cuvée of the estate is authentic, generous, fresh and balanced.
Clear, bright robe, with a deep ruby red color and purple highlights.
The nose expresses intense aromas of very ripe black fruits (blackberry and blackcurrant in syrup), licorice confectionery and graphite.
A rich and authentic nose.
The palate is full, voluminous, very generous, with well-present but fine tannins and a beautiful maturity. The aromas are reminiscent of licorice confectionery, blackcurrant syrup, and garrigue herbs, sage and rosemary.
A refreshing finish.
total destemming of the grapes, in stainless steel tanks with mechanical and pneumatic punch-downs and pump-overs. Maceration between 20 and 30 days. Extended aging in concrete tanks to preserve the authenticity of the fruit.

Grilled meats such as ribeye steak, pork loin and spider steak, Iberian pork pluma, or slices of leg of lamb marinated with herbs de Provence and served with grilled tomatoes, eggplant, and peppers.
