La Perrière is a parcel located in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, whose vines are around 55 years old. This cuvée is aged for 16 to 18 months in new barrels. It offers aromas of cherry, hints of mocha, tobacco and sweet spices and delivers a ripe, dense, powerful palate with good length. This wine goes admirably with game or other meats in sauce.
