Note:
Very ripe black fruit nose that suggests it might taste like a small Bordeaux chateau from a particularly warm vintage, but in fact there is a certain Languedoc wildness on the palate. Even a bit of heat on the finish. Fine tannins and sufficient acidity. Something a little out of the ordinary.
