More info about the wine:
Vines located in the lieu-dit of "Tracoles" on the plains of Cornas on the Right Bank of the Rhone River. Historically these lands produced apricots, but Verset planted this vineyard in 2015
Pressing is done directly with a hydrolic “Vaslin” press. Settling is done cold with the start of alcoholic fermentation in vats. Temps are kept cool with stirring at the end of fermentation. Wine goes through malo.
Aged 7 months in 4-6 year-old 400L barrels from several French coopers.
