Just recenlty acccquired by Joseph Drouhin, These 1 hectare of Meursault contains aromas of lime zest, toasted nuts, white flowers and crisp orchard fruit. A satiny and racy wine that's vibrant and expressive, concluding with a saline finish.

Without overpowering them, it elevates them: this is the case with fine cuts of veal or poultry in white sauce, enhanced by the wine's smooth texture and its long, elegant acidity. Even better: with grilled and sauced shellfish, such as prawns, lobster, or langoustine, whose aromatic intensity and crisp texture play off the lively and supple balance of the Meursault appellation.

Even blue cheeses and foie gras take to it on the first try.
