Halo Sur le Baudet 2018, a Saint Joseph signed Jean Delobre from the Ferme des Sept Lunes and Jacques Maurice. With this vintage, the two friends are looking for a little more extraction, material, while maintaining balance (whole bunch maceration with pumping over). A successful bet, I think. We have here a tannic Saint Joseph , certainly, but also very fresh, with a beautiful mineral and salivating framework. The material is round, enveloping. In terms of aromas, you get your fill of fruits and spices. It's delicious!
