Bouquet of red and black fruits (cherries, blackberries), notes of garrigue, liquorice and spices. A fine wine. All the beauty of this wine is revealed after having left it to decant for at least an hour.

Food Pairing: Goes well with Traditional French cuisine like roast lamb with rosemary, Provençal stew, coq au vin, duck breast, charcuterie (Parma ham, chorizo), cheeses (comté, Beaufort). Asian cuisine: lacquered duck.
