Camille de Labrie is the name of our daughter who also designed the label. The wine producer wants to share with the conviviality and their working philosophy. Aged during 16 months, with 10 months in barrel, Camille de Labrie offers floral notes, raspberry and cassis, with a beautiful structure, finesse and elegance.
Notes : Medium-bodied red with blackcurrant and blackberry aromas and flavors. Fine tannins. Slightly one-dimensional, but focused and long. 80% merlot and 20% cabernet sauvignon. JS 91-92pts
Food Pairing: The richness of fatty meats like Beef and Lamb goes beautifully with the tannins. Beef Stew or Barbecued Beef is a great companion too.
