Clear yellow robe with green reflections. The nose offers yellow grapefruit and boxwood aromas. Frank attack opening to a lively yet well-balanced mouth.

Food Pairing: Excellent with seafood such as Asian cuisine, seafood like prawns, salmon or asparagus risotto.
Terroir: Clay-limestone soils and rolled pebbles.
Vinification: Harvesting of grapes from 4 am to 10 am, in order to preserve freshness and avoid any oxidation. Skin maceration for 6 to 8 hours. Maceration of the juices on lees for 8 days, clarification and fermentation. Vinification at 16°C with selected yeasts. Racking and aging on fine lees for 2 months.
