Tasting Notes:
Made from over-ripened grapes harvested well after the main pick, only in the best vintages, from the oldest parcels of the Grand Cru Sporen vineyard. Luminous golden colour with an exuberant, exotic nose of lychee, mango and rose, jasmine and orange blossom. Rich, viscous palate layered with honey, spice and a touch of lavender, balanced by bright acidity so it never feels heavy — a long, harmonious finish.
