Notes:
Pale color with green reflections. The nose is very delicate dominated by floral notes (broom, lilac) and badian, fennel. The mouth is of a nice freshness (citrus), the finish is mineral with a salty feeling in the finish. The whole thing is very aerial.

Winemaking
Gentle pressing, gravity flow racking. Temperature control (18°C). Aging for 4 months on fine lees in an air-conditioned cellar with stirring according to results of tasting samples.
