Tasting Notes:
Moulin-à-Vent is known as "the lord of the Beaujolais crus" — the most structured and age-worthy of the ten Cru Beaujolais. Expect a deep ruby colour, aromas of dark cherry, spice and faded rose, with a fuller body and firmer tannin than typical Gamay. Gains complexity and even a Burgundian, Pinot-like character with a few years in bottle.
