A tender wine that develops intense notes of black fruit syrup and licorice.
The nose opens with charming notes of ripe red and black berries (myrtle, strawberry, redcurrant, and blackberry), candy-like licorice, damp clay, and menthol. Beautifully supple from the first sip, freshness emerges mid-palate and lingers on the finish. Generosity, roundness, and smooth tannins define the tasting experience of this Côtes du Rhône Villages.
Traditional vinification by grape variety with total destemming of the harvest. Maceration for approximately ten days in vats between 25 and 28°C. Short aging in vats.
