A flattering and inviting nose with aromas of small black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry) and licorice candy. Supple on the attack. The aromatic expression is intense, with notes of licorice stick and smooth tannins. Lovely freshness on the finish.
Traditional vinification by grape variety with total destemming of the harvest. Maceration for approximately ten days in vats between 25 and 28°C. Short aging in vats.
