Notes: 

From the cognac region with only 1,300 btls produced. The 12 months of aging in barrels left some vanilla and toasted notes in the palette of fruit jam (apricot). The wine lastingly fills the palate with its well-balanced substance between freshness and roundness. There is no shortage of ideas for gourmet pairings: trout with almonds, sole, red mullet, asparagus with mousseline sauce.

The Winery: 

A 10 ha family estate located on a limestone hillside. 7 ha are intended for the production of Cognac wine. Fabrice Papin has been at the head since 2019.
