A more contemplative, aged style than the young "Carte Or" Muscat — six years of ageing brings deep amber-gold colour and a more complex, less overtly fruity profile, with dried fruit, honey, nuts and a touch of orange peel replacing the youthful lychee and exotic fruit notes. Rich, layered and warming, built for slow sipping rather than an aperitif.
